Terms of service

First of all:I take my time, it takes me a long time to draw and I want to do a good job. Please make sure you can handle it, otherwise I will refuse a commission if you ask after 2 weeks when the picture will be ready. Please give me a maximum waiting time of 3-5 months, depending on what you order.Important at the beginning:!!! DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI-TRAINING OR OTHER THINGS WITH AND IN AI !!!1. If you want to order a commission from me, you absolutely have to have references with you. Both pictures of the character and the environment, also a detailed description is mandatory. If something is missing, I will ask for it during the creation process of the sketch.2. You will receive a maximum of 3 sketches from me. A rough sketch for the pose/shape, a sketch with more detail, and a sketch just before the line art. For all 3 sketches you can indicate changes which I will make, if there are too many changes, I am free to refuse the order.3. After the sketch, I will receive the full amount of the work from you. I will send you an invoice via PayPal. Send me your PayPal address accordingly!
If you cancel the order while I'm still in the sketch phase, you don't have to pay anything, but I reserve the right to keep any clean sketch. If you cancel the order during the drawing process, I will retain up to 75% of the amount transferred, depending on the stage of the drawing.4. Once I've started the lineart I won't make any changes other than color adjustments.5. I reserve the right to refuse orders in advance.6. I alone own the rights to the picture. Should you order the image for commercial use, I will charge a commercial fee on the image. (Profile pics on Twitch/TikTok/YouTube + stickers/chibis/emojis for above platforms)7. Once I've finished the image, I'll send you a link where you can download a web-version (public, with a watermark) and a high-res version of the artwork (personal, without a watermark).8. Once I have finished the image and received your approval (in any form), the service is over. This means that you cannot ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.9. You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use and you may resize or crop the artwork to create graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself or remove the watermark from the public web version . You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of my authorship.
